One of the most beautiful garden Castles of the 18th century is located in the south of Dusseldorf. The Castle of Benrath served as a pleasure and hunting lock for Elector Carl Theodor. Today it is one of he rare works of Rococo in Europe. The Castle has also a 60- hectar garden - it is definitly worth a visit.
